All Classes are taught by Professional Dancers and Circus Artists.
FLYTM YOGA
This class was specifically designed by Demi Fyrce and was featured on PULSE magazine in 2013. FLY is an integrated style of Yoga and Pilates on Aerial hammock fabric or other apparatus. It combines the elements of deep muscle stretching, strength training, core conditioning, balancing, and Aerial technique, into an exhilarating and empowering one of a kind "Namaste" workout!!!
Open to ALL Levels ( Including Beginners ).
All BEGINNERS must take this class before attending any FLO classes.
FLOTM DANCE
This class was created and copyrighted in
2011 by Demi Fyrce. FLO is an Aerial Dance Fitness Class in the form of hammock or other aparatus, in which combines the cardio of dancing with the technique of FLY into one calorie-burning, strength training, and core-conditioning, aerial dance technique class!!!
In this class you will learn specific styles of Aerial hammock technique, endurance, core strength, coordination, physical balance, choreographic FLO movement, and polished sequencing, in which combines the elements of Yoga, Pilates, and Aerobic Exersises. This is a one of a kind, exhilarating and dynamic, high calorie-burning workout!!!
Open to All Levels.
Must have Fly Yoga class background / experience or have approval by an Instructor before attending any Flo classes. This includes ALL Aerial Silk Beginners as well.
AERIAL SILKS, FABRIC, TISSU
Aerial Silks, also known as Fabric or Tissu, is an amazing ongoing Aerial acrobatic dance class that utilizes your own body weight against gravity, while learning how to suspend, climb, invert, drop, spin, and fly in the air!!! In this class you will gain stamina, endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and choreographic polished Aerial dance sequence. Offering a dynamic and exhilarating workout of a lifetime, in which not only will it leave you mentally and physically challenged, but also feeling self empowered and self confident!!!

LYRA OR AERIAL HOOP
Lyra is also known as Aerial Hoop, it is a circular aparatus expressing beauty and grace. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of Aerial technique, Aerial dance sequencing, transitions, poses, and tricks. This class is focused on muscle strengthening, core conditioning, various forms of flexibility, coordination, and balance. Learn how to modify artistic movement and pose gracefully while spinning in the air!!!

ACRO YOGA / ACRO DANCE
Acro Yoga focuses on the aspect of traditional yoga practices within the combination of acrobatics, thai massage, and dance. This beautiful art form is defined by its unique qualities of art movement, acrobatics, dance, and flexibility. In this class you will learn acrobatic dance technique, strength defining movement, choreographic sequencing, grace, breath, connection, and the establishment of trust, between a partner and yourself. Learning to let go and trust one another will allow you to grow and form a unique bond of character, as well as a strong, vigorous style of athleticism, self- centeredness, and self - expressionism!!!

TUMBLING ACROBATICS
Tumbling acrobatics are for those with some prior experience in yoga, gymnastics, dance, or any background in athleticism. This class focuses on strength, coordination, flexibility, and the smooth transitions between dance and acrobatic movement. In this class you will learn cartwheels, backbends, round offs, back tucks, handstands, walkovers, handsprings, aerials, and much more advanced partner acrobatic skills, such as standing on shoulders and partner balancing. For those looking to take their skills to the next level, learn more challenging tumbling skills, and
practice more dynamic sequences in a more fun and safe discipline, while learning something new, enthralling and exciting!!!

BROADWAY TAP AWAY
This class focuses on the theatrical tradition of Broadway Tap style and technique. With a wide variety of full-body expression, you will learn to incoporate vigorous and dynamic movements, integrating full body coordination, multiple taps, steps, and shuffles, while focusing on performance style, musicality, and choreography. Graham Stolkdale will help motivate and maintain a positive and energetic environment full of fun and vibrancy!!! Broadway Tap Away builds a rhythmic and thrilling cardiovascular workout!!! This class will put more rhythm in your feet as you dance to the beat!!!
All BEGINNERS must own or invest in their own tap shoes.

JUGGLING 101
Did you know practicing juggling burns up to 280 calories per hour!!! It's about the same as walking at a moderate pace. As with any exercise, your exact calorie burn depends on your body weight. In fact, dropping balls and picking them up will increase the number of calories you burn. In this class, you will focus on working out your brain and body by juggling with a variety of scarves and balls, including smooth and effective transitions in between sequences. This class will focus on the range of juggling balls and the presentation of characterization. Juggling is a fun and skillful task to master, including improved concentration, coordination, and stress relief. A fun and enjoyable workout!!!

FLY FYRCETM FITNESS
This class focuses on Circus Arts Conditioning. Diiferent types of aparatus are utilize for specific exercises in strengthening, toning, aligning, increasing flexibility, stamina, endurance, and balance. This class offers
specific training drills with safety spotting.
Demi fyrce will take you through the ringer to make sure you develop proper core strength, proper form technique, increase of stamina, prevent muscle fatigue, and develop a proper knowlege for injury prevention. This unique conditioning class combines the elements of Pilates, Strength training, Coordination, Saftey procedures, and Dynamic strength moves. Specific exercises will be introduced at your own personal fitness level.

STATIC TRAPEZE
Static trapeze is a traditional circus apparatus, in which focuses on the fundamentals of strength training, acrobatic technique, various mounts, poses, transitional sequencing on- below- above the bar, as well as tricks, flips, inversions, and momentum based skills. This class is pivotal to all beginners who are interested in developing a strong foundational base line in the aerial arts arena, as well as developing proper form, stamina, endurance, style, and circus arts technique.

CARDIO BALLET FITNESS
This class combines barre work with traditional ballet cardio exercises. In this class you will focus on strength, flexibility, toning, body awareness, and posture improvement. This class will help you tone your muscles and focus on specific exercises for the butt, legs, torso, and arms. You will also learn the fundamentals of proper form, hand and arm positioning, as well as jumps, leaps, and arobesque. A fun and exhilarating class to explore and increase your cardio and burn the calories away!!!
All BEGINNERS must wear ankle socks that you'd wear with running shoes for first time class, otherwise, invest in ballet, or jazz shoes.

CLOWNING & MIMING
Research proves 15 minutes of laughter a day will burn 10 to 40 calories, depending on a person's weight and the intensity of the laughter. That's enough to shift between 1 and 4lb a year!!! In this class, not only will you play and induce hearty laughter, but also learn the fundamentals and traditional comedic skills of "Clowning Around"!!! This class will teach you to perform ludicrous antics, outlandish acts, stunts, gestures, and physical comedy in a mime style, that will leave the crowds rolling with laughter for days!!! Discover the hidden clown within yourself and grasp the concept of miming through expressive characterization and comedic movement. This class focuses on performance skills, acting technique, and physical theater.

STILT WALKING
Stilt Walking is a calorie burning work-out in itself!!! Stilts are poles, posts, or pillars, equipped with platforms for the feet to stand on above the ground. In this class you will focus on walking, balancing, posture, and foot coordination. You will learn the basic steps of walking, including up and down staircases, slopes, ramps, bumpy surfaces, and adjusting comfortability. You will walk through a series of stilt warm-ups, stretches, exercises, and safety guidlines. You will also practice drills of falling and standing up for injury prevention. Experience a whole new world of excitement and fun walking high above the crowds!!!
ALL BEGINNERS will be provided with a pair of stilts, also welcomed to bring your own.

STREET DANCE
This extraordinary technique class is more than just an average dance class!!! Street Dance is an urban dance style taught by James Johnson, incorporating elements of Street, Hip-Hop, K-Pop, A-Pop, and Freestyle. It focuses on sequence of dance movements, combining more of a feeling, an attitude, and most of all, a form of self-expression!!! In this class you will learn how to let go and really understand the fundamental feeling behind each creative and transitional movement. This class is geared to help dancers learn a raw style of Street Dance and performance. Combining performance, theatrics, and different movements of Hip-Hop styles, this class gives dancers the confidence to take their skills to the next level!!!
Everyone MUST wear sneakers for this class.
